TEAR OF MORRO D'ALBA DOC CLASSICO 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Production area: Owned vineyards located in the municipality of San Marcello - Ancona
Grapes: Lacrima di Morro d'Alba in purity
Year: 2017
Average altitude: 100-150 meters above sea level
Soil type: Mostly clayey
Training system: Spurred cordon
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare
Yield per hectare: 110 quintals of grapes
Yield per vine: 2 kg of grapes
Harvest: Generally in mid-September. Harvested in small containers, the grapes are sent to the company where, after careful and further selection, they are vinified.
Fermentation: After destemming, the grapes are conveyed in steel tanks, where they ferment at a controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins lasts for about 20 days, during which the pumping over is daily and almost exclusively closed to preserve the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of this grape.
Color: Intense ruby red, with violet reflections.
Perfume: Aromatic set of singular richness. Intense, pleasantly fruity of strawberries and cherries and floral of violets and rosebuds.
Taste: In the mouth it is soft, slightly tannic, with slight herbaceous hints, in perfect harmony with the olfactory sensations.

Production area: Owned vineyards located in the municipalities of Castel di Lama and Ascoli Piceno.
Grapes: Montepulciano 70% Sangiovese 30%
Year: 2017
Average altitude: 200-300 meters above sea level.
Soil type: Mostly clayey, basically calcareous.
Training system: Guyot
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare Yield per hectare
Yield per hectare: about 120 quintals of grapes
Yield per vine: about 2.5 kg of grapes
Harvest: mid-October. By hand, early in the morning or late afternoon, in small boxes, stored before arriving in the cellar, in cold rooms.
Fermentation: after destemming, the grapes are conveyed in 200 Hl steel fermenters, equipped with a pumping over and temperature control system. The maceration on the skins lasts for about 15-20 days.
Color: Brilliant ruby red.
Bouquet: Fresh, floral with hints of red fruits, strawberry and plum.

Grapes: 100% Verdicchio

Harvest: By hand, early in the morning or late afternoon, in small boxes stored, before arriving in the cellar, in cold rooms.
Fermentation: Verdicchio is obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes that are harvested by hand when they are slightly overripe. These are subjected to soft pressing and the must is collected in refrigeration containers and brought to 5°C for static settling. Subsequently transferred to steel tanks, it is vinified at a controlled temperature, to preserve its aromatic complement. The wine obtained, ages in steel containers, always at a controlled temperature, until the time of sterile bottling.
Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Intense and complex, floral and pleasantly fruity, it reveals its character with vegetal notes of aromatic herbs.
Taste: Balanced, persistent, full and savory with a typical pleasantly bitter finish.
