After years of meticulous research in the Lugana area, we have selected the LE FORNACI vineyard, located in San Martino della Battaglia, on a particularly suitable land. Of glacial origin, it is composed of stratifications of fine sediments such as clays, mainly limestone, and silt, interspersed with micro-organic deposits and mineral salts. The vineyards are bred with the typical “bow conduction”, that is, the two shoots remaining after pruning are bent in an arc and tied.
