: bright straw yellow Aroma: white flowers with hints of peach and citrus background
Taste: harmonious, round, persistent palate with hints of yellow fruit and honey.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.

First vintage: 1987
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and paired with appetizers or lake fish such as trout, perch and whitefish, perfect with salads and Asian cuisine.
