Grapes: Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5%
Provenance: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica, from the prestigious La Groletta and Conca D'ORO vineyards.
Vinification and aging: Drying of the grapes for 3 months in the orchard, 15 days of vinification in wooden barrels. 3 years of aging in 35 Hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
