From the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone, immediately after fermentation the best selection of Valpolicella is passed again, to start the second fermentation that enriches the bouquet of aromas, the alcohol content, and the complexity of this wine.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Color: Intense ruby red Aroma: Intense with hints of ripe cherry and plum Taste: Fresh and persistent, with soft and silky tannins. Dominant cherry, vanilla notes. Grapes: Corvina Veronese 70% - Rondinella 25% - Corvinone 5% Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica, Conca d'Oro vineyards, La Groletta, Valpolicella Classica. Vinification and aging: Fermentation in steel barrels for about 9 days. Refermented on the Amarone pomace for about 12/13 days. 15 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels. 6 months of aging in bottle. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16-18° C First vintage: 1995 Pairing: pasta with meat sauces, boiled and stewed, perfect with grilled meat.
