of: ZIBIBBO GRAPE EXTRA JAM - 3 jars of 132 gr
Zibibbo grape jam without added sugar if not those deriving from the cooking of the grape must itself. Ideal to accompany well-aged cheeses or for breakfast on a slice of bread. Also ideal for a post-sport snack. Great with foie gras.
Ingredients: 74% zibibbo grapes, concentrated grape must.
Shelf life: 24 months

ZIBIBBO GRAPE ELIXIR - 3 jars of 140 gr.
Thick “syrup” obtained by reducing the fresh Zibibbo grape must with sugar. Sweetness and aroma therefore blend well together to give a new note to herbal or spicy cheeses, fresh goat and in preparations with crustaceans. Try it on cream ice cream or as a sweetener in a tea.
Ingredients: Fresh Zibibbo grape must (55%), sugar.
