Lo coltiviamo in Molise, Puglia, Marche, Lazio e Abruzzo per consolidare la filiera integrata, siglando accordi con oltre 1.450 agricoltori. È proprio grazie a questa filiera che controlliamo l'intero ciclo di vita della pasta, dal chicco di grano al prodotto finito. Nel nostro mulino la decorticazione a pietra rappresenta il nostro fiore all'occhiello. Infatti, grazie ad una moderna tecnologia che utilizza un metodo antico, purifichiamo ogni chicco delicatamente mantenendone intatte le qualità originali. Otteniamo così una semola che diventa una pasta nutriente, tenace in cottura, ruvida e cattura-sughi perché trafilata al bronzo.
