Our intense fruity, bright color, owes its strong and full-bodied taste, thanks to our combination of varieties and production areas within the district territory of the Sicani Mountains. The main cultivars selected for an intense taste oil are carolea, Nocellara del belice and cerasuola.

Harvesting Technique: By hand, or mechanized brucatura.
Extraction process: Continuous cycle, three-phase, cold with max temperature 27°C.
Appearance: Intense green, unfiltered.
Use: Ideal for cooking and dressing everyday dishes and unique for cooking every recipe.
