For several years, our company has been scrupulously committed to selecting the best cultivars of the Sicani Mountains, giving life to an intense fruity extra virgin olive oil, which presents a delicate flavour particularly intense taste, with hints of freshly harvested tomato, green almond and artichoke. A perfect and exclusive blend refined by years of experience.
Our intense fruity, bright color, owes its strong and full-bodied taste, thanks to our combination of varieties and production areas within the district territory of the Sicani Mountains. The main cultivars selected for an intense taste oil are carolea, Nocellara del belice and cerasuola.
