Drank young, it presents fragrant the pleasantness of spontaneity and surprise: in its bouquet, in its colour, in its generous and velvety body this Langhe Nebbiolo expresses all the typicality of the regal grape from which it originates. Further in the years it takes on grenade color with accentuated orange hues, and more intense scents of withered flowers, such as rose and - above all - geranium. The flavor is warm, soft, full, velvety and harmonious, with good persistence.

Altitude of vineyards: 200-300 asl Exposition: South East, South West Vinification: obtained with traditional fermentation carried out in stainless steel vats with a floating hat, with an average duration of 7-8 days at controlled temperature (28° C). Aging: it is aged in wood for at least 8 months and then in bottle for a period of at least 2-3 months. The apex of the aging is reached after 3-4 years after the harvest, but it varies, even noticeably, depending on the characteristics of the different vintages. Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol. Serving temperature: 15-16°C Pairings: Ideal the combination of tasty first courses, meat seconds, medium-aged cheeses.
