Ingredients: Catalan cream 27% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, palm oil, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, flavourings, Catalan cream flavor 0.9%, caramel flavor 0.2%, thickener pectin, potassium sorbate preservative, salt), wheat flour, caramelised sugar flakes 11%, butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk (free-range eggs), natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), mono- and diglyceride emulsifiers of fatty acids of vegetable origin and sunflower lecithin, caramelized sugar, pasteurized egg white (free-range eggs), sugar syrup, salt, malted wheat flour, caramel flavor 0.1%, natural vanilla flavouring, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans.
