Vermentino in purity, with good minerality and great freshness, has characteristic citrus hints and mineral notes on the nose. Gentle and soft on the palate with good taste and olfactory persistence with an excellent sapid and mineral finish.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0,75 lt Type: IGT Toscana Bianco Vermentino Grapes: 100% Vermentino in Purity Growing area: 8 hectares of vineyard on hilly terrain with south-east and north-west exposure in the heart of the Pisan Maremma. Harvest: Manual harvest towards the end of September and ripening in steel. Colour: Straw yellow with green reflections. Bouquet: The nose has characteristic citrus and tropical hints with mineral notes. Taste: With great freshness, in the mouth it offers a full and savory taste with a good taste and olfactory persistence with an excellent sapid and mineral finish. Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol. Serving temperature: 6°C Food pairing: Excellent for an aperitif paired with fresh or medium aged cheeses or for a lunch based on seafood dishes such as fish risotto, fried and sea cruditè.
