Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, it comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hills vineyards. The selection of bunches is meticulous to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cuvée ages in the cellar for a minimum of 4 years. The abundant foam, the very fine perlage and the golden straw color announce the bewitching and sweet aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and noisettes. The fine mouth follows the trail, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between mature touches and fresh sensations.
