The story of Colline della Stella begins in the late nineties when Andrea decides to recover some old terraced vineyards in the municipality of Gussago, the northern border of the Franciacorta denomination. And it was precisely starting from the territory and from a strong intuition by Andrea that it was decided to produce exclusively non-dosed Franciacorta. A choice of transparency that represents the true expression of the territory, in the face of such a sharp and interesting minerality it was preferred enhance its qualities and remain authentic, from the earth to the glass.
