ORANGE FLOWER HONEY from citrus groves of Calabria and Sicily - 1 jar of 400 gr
Ingredients: Orange blossom honey.
Processing: Transfer of the hives with honeycombs at the beginning of flowering. Collection of nectar by bees; maturation of honey in combs, sealed by the bees themselves with wax. Cold uncapping of the supers, centrifugation, decanting and pouring. No preservatives, flavorings and dyes have been added to the product.
Consistency: crystallized

ACACIA HONEY - 1 jar of 400 gr
This acacia honey is one of the few honeys present in nature in liquid form, thanks to its particular sugary composition. Very light in color, with a very light aromatic profile. Very delicate flavour, slightly reminiscent of the scent of flowers, discreetly vanilla. Use it to sweeten desserts, tea and herbal teas or taste it during an aperitif based on aged cheeses.
